Blueberry-Bourbon Festive Meatballs

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a sheet pan with parchment.
2. Mix all meatball ingredients until combined. Roll into 1-inch balls.
3. Bake meatballs for 15–18 minutes until browned and cooked through.
4. Meanwhile, heat sauce ingredients in a saucepan until bubbling and glossy.
5. Add meatballs to the sauce and simmer 5 minutes to coat fully.
6. Serve warm with toothpicks—sweet, smoky, irresistible!

 Pro Tip:

Add a splash more bourbon right at the end (off the heat) for an extra festive aroma!
