BLT Chicken Salad

 Preparation Steps

  1. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, green onions, and shallot.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the mayo, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently mix until everything is well coated.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors come together.
  5. Serve on a bed of greens, in a sandwich or wrap, or with crackers and chips—your call!
