Beef Stew 

A hearty and aromatic dish featuring tender beef, pearl onions, and a rich tomato-based sauce with warm spices. Great for cozy dinners!

Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds (900g) beef, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 large onion, chopped

  • 1 lb pearl onions or small shallots, peeled

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400g) crushed tomatoes

  • ½ cup red wine vinegar

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • ½ teaspoon allspice

  • 1 bay leaf

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish
