Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (for a chewier cookie, brown the butter)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large egg whites, room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, bloated to remove moisture
- 3 cups chocolate chips
