Banana Pudding Pound Cake

Ingredients

For the Cake:
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
4 large eggs
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2–3 bananas)
For the Banana Pudding Filling/Frosting:
1 box (3.4 oz / 96g) instant banana pudding mix
1 ½ cups cold milk
1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crumble Topping:
1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits
2 tbsp melted butter
