1 ½ cups cold milk
1 cup heavy cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
For the Crumble Topping:
1 cup crushed vanilla wafers or digestive biscuits
2 tbsp melted butter
