Balsamic Chicken Breast with Spinach and Tomatoes

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and black pepper to taste
– 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
