Preparation:

Wash and dry the bell peppers thoroughly.

Place them on a baking tray and cook under the oven grill at 250°C (480°F) for about 10 minutes per side.

Transfer the peppers to a bowl and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Let them rest for 1 hour.

Remove the skins and cut the peppers into strips.

Season with salt and olive oil, then arrange them on a baking tray.

In a bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, a pinch of salt, grated garlic, chopped parsley, a drizzle of olive oil, and the sliced black olives.

Sprinkle this mixture over the peppers and bake at 200°C (390°F) until they’re nicely golden and crispy on top.
