Baked Banana Nut Cottage Cheese Breakfast Bowls – Warm, Nutty & Protein-Packed

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or 2 ramekins.

In a bowl, whisk together cottage cheese, eggs, mashed banana, and vanilla.

Add almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
