How to Take Immortelle

Infusion
As with any medicinal herb, steep one tablespoon of immortelle in one cup of boiling water for 15–20 minutes. Strain and drink three times a day, 30–40 minutes before meals.

However, if you want to drain bile (since immortelle is an excellent choleretic), pour 0.5 liters of cold water over one tablespoon of the herb and leave it overnight (7–8 hours). Drink on an empty stomach. Consume the entire amount during the day.

Decoction
In a metal (preferably) saucepan, mix 2 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of the herb. Simmer on low heat for 10–15 minutes. Drink warm, half a cup three times a day. If the decoction becomes too concentrated from boiling down, take half the amount.
