For the filling:

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sugar substitute (Monkfruit, Stevia, or Splenda)
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the topping:
- ½ cup old-fashioned oats
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour to lower points)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 2 tbsp light butter (cold, cut into small cubes)
- Pinch of salt
