Apple Cake in 10 Minutes – My Family Keeps Asking When I’ll Make It Again

🍰 Instructions:

  1. First, I whisk the eggs with the sugar.

  2. Then, I bring the butter and milk to a boil and pour it in hot (!) over the egg-sugar mixture.

  3. Stir in the flour and baking powder.

  4. Quarter the apples, peel them (if you like), remove the cores, and slice them.

  5. Grease a baking tray and dust it with flour.

  6. Arrange the apple slices in rows on the tray, sprinkle with a mix of sugar and cinnamon, then pour the batter over them.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C (330°F) for about 30–45 minutes. Done!
