🍰 Instructions:

First, I whisk the eggs with the sugar.

Then, I bring the butter and milk to a boil and pour it in hot (!) over the egg-sugar mixture.

Stir in the flour and baking powder.

Quarter the apples, peel them (if you like), remove the cores, and slice them.

Grease a baking tray and dust it with flour.

Arrange the apple slices in rows on the tray, sprinkle with a mix of sugar and cinnamon, then pour the batter over them.

Bake in a preheated oven at 165°C (330°F) for about 30–45 minutes. Done!
