Apple Almond Cake 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, sugar, eggs, melted butter, and flour until smooth and well combined.

  3. Pour half of the batter into a greased baking pan.

  4. Arrange the apple slices over the batter.

  5. Cover with the remaining batter.

  6. Bake for about 30–35 minutes, until the top is golden brown.

  7. Let cool before dusting with powdered sugar.

Tips:

  • Add a pinch of cinnamon to the batter for extra flavor.

  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a decadent dessert.
