Make the Batter:

In a large bowl, beat 3 eggs with 100 g of sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.

Add 90 ml of oil and mix well.

Gradually incorporate 200 g of cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of baking powder, mixing until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
Baking:

Pour the batter into an 18 cm (7-inch) round cake pan, previously greased or lined with parchment paper.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C (350Β°F) for 35β40 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Decoration:

Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan.

Dust the top with powdered sugar before serving.
