Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet slightly on a floured surface.
- Cut into 4 equal squares.
- Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each square.
- Fold the pastry over into a triangle or rectangle, sealing the edges with a fork.
- Beat the egg with water and brush the tops of the pastries with the egg wash.
- Place pastries in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness!
