Air Fryer Chicken Rissoles

Instructions:

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, zucchini, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into small rissoles (about the size of a golf ball) and flatten slightly.

Lightly brush or spray with olive oil.

Place rissoles in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp of 165°F/75°C).

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
