A little delicacy: Homemade fluffy poale-n brâu recipe

Preparation method:

Dissolve the yeast in half a liter of milk.
In a large bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, puff pastry flour, dissolved yeast, melted butter, sugar, honey, salt, and eggs. Knead the dough well. Cover it and let it rise for one hour until it doubles in size.
Roll out the risen dough to about 0.5 cm thickness, then cut it into 10×10 cm squares. On each square, place a tablespoon of sweet cottage cheese with grated lemon zest and a little jam.
Fold the edges of the squares and roll them tightly.
Dip the rolls in oil, then place them side by side in a baking tray. Let them rest for another 20 minutes.
Bake until the poale-n brâu are golden and fluffy.
