Preparation:

 

 

  1. Wash the zucchini and cut them into sticks.

  2. Thread the zucchini sticks onto skewers.

  3. Season with salt.

  4. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

  5. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated cheese and oregano.

  6. Coat the zucchini sticks first in flour, then in the beaten eggs, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.

  7. Place the zucchini skewers on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and drizzle with a little oil.

  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 20 minutes, until golden.
