Ingredients

  • 1 cup dry-roasted peanuts
  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 16 oz frozen whipped topping, divided
  • 1 (5.1 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • additional peanuts for decorating
