Cheesy Macaroni with Juicy Ground Beef

Ingredients:

  • 450 g (1 lb) ground beef

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 200 g (about 7 oz) uncooked macaroni

  • 400 ml (1 ¾ cups) beef broth

  • 250 ml (1 cup) milk

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 tsp mustard

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 200 g (1 ¾ cups) grated cheddar cheese

  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
