Ratsherrentopf A hearty delight of tender meat, vegetables, and creamy sauce – ideal for a festive meal!

Ingredients (serves 4):

  • 750 g small potatoes

  • 1 onion, finely diced

  • 50 g smoked bacon, diced

  • 200 g chanterelle mushrooms (fresh or jarred)

  • 400 g frozen broccoli

  • 400 g frozen green beans

  • 2 double chicken breasts (approx. 500–600 g)

  • 300 g pork tenderloin

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 375 ml vegetable broth

  • 25 g butter

  • 2 packets Hollandaise sauce (or homemade)

  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
