Pan-Fried Pork Schnitzels with Creamy Butter Sauce

Ingredients

For the schnitzels:

  • Ground pork – 500 g

  • Egg – 1

  • Sour cream – 2–3 tablespoons

  • Onion – ½ (finely chopped)

  • Favorite seasonings – to taste

  • Black pepper – a pinch

  • Salt – to taste

For coating:

  • Flour – about 100 g

  • Eggs – 2 (beaten)

  • Breadcrumbs – about 150 g

  • Parsley – a small bunch (chopped)

For the sauce:

  • Butter – 1 small piece (about 30 g)

  • Flour – 1 tablespoon

  • Cream – about 200 ml

  • Salt – to taste

  • Dill – a small bunch (chopped)
