  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 200 g fresh spinach (or frozen)

  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 150 g cream cheese (or ricotta, mozzarella, or any soft cheese)

  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (Parmesan, mozzarella, or your favorite)

  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
