Heaven and Hell Cake – How I Love It

Ingredients

  • 120 g butter or margarine

  • 120 g sugar

  • 5 eggs

  • 150 g plain flour

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 200 g sugar

  • 100 g sliced almonds

  • 1 jar of sour cherries

  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder

  • 500 ml whipping cream

  • 2 packets of cream stabilizer

  • Sugar to taste for sweetening the cream
