MY FAVORITE DOUGH RECIPE FOR PASTRIES

Dough Ingredients:

  • 350 ml kefir

  • 130 ml milk

  • 10 g dry yeast

  • 2 eggs (1 yolk for brushing, the white goes into the dough)

  • 130 ml vegetable oil

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 and 1/3 tsp salt

  • 900 g to 1 kg flour
