Enter: this Philly cheesesteak casserole recipe. It’s made in a single skillet and comes together quickly. Win-win!
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (about half of one small onion)
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper (about 1 medium bell pepper)
- 1 tablespoon steak marinade*
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
