1. GARLIC BUTTER FRIED CABBAGE
Ingredients:
1 small green cabbage, sliced
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 small onion, sliced
Salt and black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Melt the butter in a large skillet and cook the onion until soft. Add garlic and sliced cabbage. Cook until the cabbage becomes tender and slightly caramelized. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
2. CHEESY CABBAGE CASSEROLE 🧀🥬🔥
Ingredients:
1 small cabbage, chopped
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and black pepper
1 tbsp butter
Instructions:
Cook the onion and garlic in butter until fragrant. Add the cabbage and cook until slightly softened. Transfer to a baking dish and pour over the cream. Top with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375°F until bubbly, golden, and creamy.
