24 ounces cream cheese room temperature (use full fat)
1 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
1 to 2 teaspoons lemon extract
4 large eggs room temperature
½ cup lemon curd homemade or store bought
Meringue Topping
3 large egg whites room temperature
1 ½ teaspoons lemon juice
1 ¼ cups powdered sugar
