Ingredients
- 2 large chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch or garlic-Parmesan dressing (optional)
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Mozzarella gives a melty texture, but cheddar or Monterey Jack can also be used. Adding ranch or garlic-Parmesan sauce enhances the flavor.
