Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Butternut Squash with Maple Walnuts & Cranberries

 


Ingredients:



1 pound (450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 cups butternut squash, peeled and cubed

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)

1/4 cup walnuts

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1/4 cup dried cranberries
