No-Knead Bread

A rustic, artisan-style loaf made with just  flour, water, salt and a pinch of yeast — no kneading required.
This no-knead bread yields a crisp, deeply caramelized

 crust and an open, chewy crumb with minimal hands-on time.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups (375 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fine sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) warm water (about 110°F / 43°C)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter (for slightly softer crust)
