Instructions:
I prefer to boil the carrots in the microwave – it’s quick and very convenient. Just 4 minutes on maximum power, and they’re ready. Then I cut them into small cubes.
I do the same with the cucumbers – I only use pickled cucumbers with a sweet and sour taste. Then I chop the eggs.
Next, I combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. I add the beans (after draining and rinsing them), and chop the dill, which gives the salad both aroma and a nice appearance. For a bit of a kick, I add garlic pressed through a garlic press.
I dress the salad with homemade mayonnaise, adding salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything well and serve.
This is a salad you could honestly make every single day – 10 minutes of prep and you’ve got a filling, tasty dish.
