5 Cheese Crack and Cheese
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the macaroni according to package directions, then drain well.
In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir in the cream cheese and milk, whisking until smooth.
Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked macaroni until evenly coated.
Mix in the cheddar, mozzarella, gouda, and parmesan until melted and creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and bubbling on top.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm and cheesy.
