5 Apples, 15 Minutes — and an Apple Pie Is Ready on the Table. Better Than a Charlotte Cake!

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, crack the eggs and add salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar.

  2. Whisk everything together until the salt and sugar dissolve.

  3. (Optional) Add cinnamon to taste.

  4. Pour in the milk and continue mixing.

  5. Melt the butter and pour it into the egg-milk mixture, stirring with a whisk.

  6. Sift in the flour and baking powder.

  7. Mix until smooth and lump-free — the batter should be similar in thickness to pancake batter, with a silky texture and a buttery vanilla aroma.

🍏 Prepare the Apples:

  • Use tart-sweet apples for the best flavor.

  • Cut them in half, remove the cores, but do not peel the skin.

  • Dice the apples into small cubes.

🧈 Assemble & Bake:

  1. Grease your baking dish with butter.

  2. Spread the apple cubes evenly on the bottom.

  3. Pour the batter over the apples.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30–35 minutes.

✅ To check doneness: insert a wooden skewer into the center — it should come out dry.

🍰 Serving:

The finished pie is incredibly delicious — tender, juicy, and aromatic. It tastes great both warm and cold. Serve it with tea or your morning coffee.

Enjoy your meal!
