Ingredients:
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar-free maple syrup (or regular if preferred)
• ½ tsp Dijon mustard
• Salt & pepper
Preparation:
1. Combine vinegar, Dijon, and maple syrup.
