10-Minute Apple Cake with Vanilla Pudding That Drives the World Crazy

Preparation

This is how it’s done:

First, preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and grease a springform pan with a little butter.

Now, cream the butter together with the vanilla sugar, sugar, and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy. Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Next, add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla pudding powder, and mix everything well. Gradually add the milk while stirring.

Now, wash, peel, core, and cut the apples into pieces as desired. Gently fold the apple pieces into the batter using a spatula.

Finally, pour the batter with the apple pieces into the rectangular springform pan and bake on the middle rack for 40 to 50 minutes.
