Pour the milk into a small pot and bring it to a boil.

Stir the mixture slowly for a few seconds, turn off the heat, and let it rest for at least 3 hours.

After this time, line a sieve (placed over a mold or bowl) with the cotton cloth.

Pour the mixture into the cloth-lined sieve to separate the cheese from the whey.

Place the strained mixture back in the fridge and let it rest for 30 minutes.

After that, add a little salt and let it rest in the fridge for another 8 hours.
